Координаты: 56o04'05" CШ, 37o31'09" ВД. время сбора 10-45 выезд с точки 11-15 начало всех мероприятий 12-00 окончание мероприятий 18-30 выезд с полигона 19-00 (можно и раньше, если кому потребуется индивидуально) начало концерта в клубе 20-00 прошу вас иметь в виду, что те кто не успеет к выезду и не догонит нас по пути, на мероприятие допущен не будет. Это не связано с нашей вредностью, это правила принимающей стороны. Въезд колонны произойдёт за ОДИН заход. Площадь Дмитровского полигона НАМИ = 25 кв.км. и бегать от места дислокации нашей группы до ворот и обратно, возможности не будет. [uPDATE]: Для тех кто будет догонять, заучивайте карту. Если у вас не получается приехать на точку сбора вовремя, вы можете догнать нас по пути. Догнав, встаньте перед машиной, которая замыкает колонну. Делайте это спокойно, без суеты. Для тех кто особенно опоздает, вас встретят у главных ворот в 14.00. Туда подъедет один из сопровождающих и заберёт вас гуськом к месту сбора. Звонить и просить: "Ну пожалуйста, заберите" - не нужно. Все, включая организаторов будут отдыхать. Других "рейсов" от главного входа не будет. Теперь по программе: Как вы поняли, мы едем на Дмитровский автополигон. В его состав входят: Динамометрическая дорога 4,5 км для развития максимальной скорости. Горный серпантин. Скоростное кольцо 14 км Там нас ждут следующие мероприятия: экскурсия для всех по всему полигону, то что описано выше и многое другое. 2 часа на скоростном кольце для фанатов, после экскурсий. Дислокация пикника будет около горного серпантина, и в течение всего дня вы сможете кататься по имитации горной дороги. Вас ждут самые лучшие угощения от прославленных поваров нашего клуба. [uPDATE]После пикника, нас будут ждать в клубе Гелиос, который принадлежит одному из членов нашего клуба. Под нас забронирована VIP зона, вход бесплатный для пиплов. Там нас ждёт живой БЛЮЗ концерт, а потом дискотека. Цены в среднем в 2 раза ниже средне московских. После вечерней программы у вас будет вариант остаться в Дмитрове на ночь, или поехать в Москву. Поехать домой вы можете, в принципе, в любой момент. Теперь по деньгам: Стоимость въезда на территорию со всеми авто активностями - будет около 1500-2000 рублей с машины, в зависимости от количества записавшихся (рассчитываем, что машин будет много). Еда будет стоить около 700-900 рублей на одного человека, но это будет по факту на месте. Как всегда, дети до 12 лет едят бесплатно. Прошу всех учесть один момент. Если вы записались, то вы берёте на себя ответственность в финансовом смысле. Всё резервирование и закупки будут сделаны из расчёта записавшихся людей. Если вы запишитесь и не приедете, то потери понесут организаторы. В этот раз, такая ситуация допущена не будет. Запись будет идти до 15.00 четверга 22 апреля. К этому времени, вам нужно записаться или отказаться от своей записи (отказ принимается через личное сообщение мне). Если вы запишитесь и не приедете, то ваша учётная запись на форуме и ваш IP адрес будут заблокированы до тех пор, пока вы не компенсируете потери, понесённые организаторами из-за вашей неявки.
