The MINI Concept Aceman is set to make its UK debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2023, following its global reveal last year. Positioned prominently within the MINI display, the Concept Aceman provides a glimpse into the future of the MINI model family, bridging the gap between the MINI Cooper and the MINI Countryman.

The concept showcases MINI’s future design language, featuring surfaces made from knitted recycled textiles instead of traditional chrome and leather. The integration of digital controls and a new circular OLED display creates an immersive digital experience while emphasizing a minimal environmental footprint.

The Aceman concept gives us a clue of what to expect for MINI’s new in-vehicle digital experience.

Also making its first appearance in the UK is the MINI John Cooper Works 1to6 Edition, which achieved a podium finish at the Nürburgring 24-hour race in May. Driven by Charlie Cooper, the grandson of racing legend John Cooper, this tribute vehicle will tackle Goodwood’s challenging hill climb twice daily during the festival. The 1to6 Edition will also be on display in the First Glance Paddock.

Electric Avenue offers attendees the opportunity to witness all-electric driving with the display of the first MINI Electric Convertible. Limited to just 150 units for the UK market and boasting a WLTP range of 125 miles, this vehicle represents an important step towards MINI’s goal of becoming an all-electric brand.

The MINI display at the Goodwood Festival of Speed will provide an interactive experience for guests, including a large circular screen inspired by the concept car’s circular OLED. The display will be hosted by Spike, MINI’s new virtual assistant.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed 2023 will take place from July 13th to July 16th, offering enthusiasts a chance to experience these exciting developments firsthand.
