I'm not sure if you know about upcomming Mini event in Poland, so want to share it with you. (We have already ~ 3 LT Mini units preparing to visit this event)

III MINI TRIPLECITY MEETING 09-12.09.2010 in Półwysep Helski - CHALUPY WELCOME TO !

The Meeting is for Mini Classic and New MINI.

Place we going to stay is camping KAPER http://www.kaperkemping.pl/

This is very nice place next to Baltic Sea and Pucka Bay

Campings are located directly next to the water

General plan for the meeting:

9.09.2010r. (Thursday) - first minimaniacs coming to the camping;

10.09.2010r. (Friday) - breafast, departure form camping; return to camping afternoow, chill-out, next minimaniacs coming for the meeting, diner and party;

11.09.2010r. (Saturday) - breakfast, wyjazd z kempingu, departure form camping; return to camping afternoow, chill-out, diner and party;

12.09.2010r (Sunday) - breakfest, Greetings for Goodbay

Fees:

- 4-days option (Thursday 9.09.2010 – Sunday 12.09.2010)

240PLN/person camping trailer (for 4 people)

375PLN/person apartament de-luxe (exclusive flat for 4 people)

(fees includes breakfast&diner on Friday, breakfast&diner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, accomodation according to above choice, t-shirt)

- 3-days option (Friday 10.09.2010 – Sunday 12.09.2010)

200PLN/person camping trailer (max 4 people)

290PLN/person apartament de-luxe (exclusive flat for max 4 people)

(fees includes diner on Friday, breakfast&diner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, accomodation according to above choice, t-shirt)

Accomodation fees in details:

Camping trailers are for 4 people - 120PLN/night (30PLN/person/night)

Apartment de-luxe is also for 4people - 300PLN/night (75PLN/person/night)

For example:

If you coming 2 people for 3 days and you want camping trailer and you want that trailer just for 2 people there is200PLNx2=400PLN and for 2 missing people 30PLN x 2 people x 2nights = 120PLN, so all the fees will be 400+120=520PLN (4people trailer just for 2 people for 3 days)

another example:

You coming 3 people for 4 days and choose Aparment de-luxe fees are: 375x3=1125PLN and for one missing person in apartment 75PLN x 1person x 4 nights = 300pln, so all the fees are 1425PLN

Of course you can be placed in trailer with some other people - is your choice.

Is needed to take some sleaping bags if you choose camping trailers.

In Aparments de-luxe everything is included.

There is possible to put tent but we do not exaxt fees - thing that will be quite small - bu with tents coud be problem when the weather will be not good...

Places we planing to see:

- lighthouse in Rozewie

- bunkers at the beach

- seal-zoo

- castle in Rzucewo

- Drink Bar Max in Jastrzębi Górze

In general we planing to rest at the beach - chill out - with mini&MINI fans !
